2.2. Registration of Account

• 2.2.1. In order to use our services, you must first register an Account. In order to register, you must provide complete and up-to-date information including an email address, username, password, home address and other mandatory information requested on the registration form.
• 2.2.2. By registering the Account on the Website you agree to specify your legal name. We may take action to check the accuracy of the information you provide. • 2.4.6. The computer software that we make available to you is owned by Dejen and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the software for your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• 2.4.7. No software may be downloaded from the website or otherwise exported or re-exported in violation of US export law. Downloading software is done at your own risk.

3. Multi Accounts

3.1. You can sign up (register) and use only one Account on the Website.

3.2. Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer or device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device we must be informed by the respective Accounts' holders in advance.

3.3. If you sign up or attempt to register more than one Account, for whatever reason, we may block or close any or all of your Accounts at our discretion.

3.4. If we block your IP address, you agree not to implement any measure to obtain access to the website, such as using a VPN service or other masking effort.

4. Participating in Sweepstakes

4.1. Dejen is a website with many free to play options. You can obtain free Sweeps Cash and free Fun Cash from mail in forms, rain, promo codes, daily rewards, weekly rewards, welcome bonus cases, and giveaways. Fun Cash is the only Dejen token that can be purchased. Fun Cash may only be played on Fun Cash games. The only prize that a player can win on Fun Cash Games is more Fun Cash. Fun Cash can never be redeemed. Fun Cash does not have any monetary value and cannot be turned into Sweeps Cash. Sweeps Cash can NEVER be purchased. Sweeps Cash is obtained only from rain, promo codes, daily rewards, weekly rewards, monthly rewards, as a bonus for certain Fun Cash purchases, and giveaways. Sweeps Cash can only be played on Sweeps Cash games. Sweeps Cash games permit the player to enter into a promotion sweepstakes. 4.2. You can purchase Fun Cash tokens directly through our website using various cryptocurrencies as a form of payment.

4.8. A player's odds of winning more Fun Cash or sweepstakes prizes does not change based upon how their tokens were obtained. Whether obtained for free or purchased, the odds remain the same for all players.

5. Prize Claim and Redemption

5.1. Due to factors out of Dejens control some redemptions may experience delays. Most redemptions will be handled instantly, but can take up to 24 hours. If you have any concerns or questions about your redemption please contact our support team.

5.2 After a user purchases Dejen tokens, they must play an amount equal to their purchase before they can redeem. If a user has purchased in error and requires a refund of unspent tokens, please contact support.

5.3 Dejen has the right to limit redemption requests to $5000 per day in unique cases where a player is redeeming a large win.

6. Real World Trading

6.1. Dejen has a strict no real-world trade policy. Sweepstakes prizes cannot be traded, sold, or transferred.

6.2. Dejen tokens and limiteds do not have any monetary value and are not your private property. They are valueless and they cannot be sold, transferred, returned, or exchanged. Dejen tokens and limiteds can never be redeemed for real world money, goods, or any other items of monetary value.

6.3. You agree not to sell, transfer, or assist others in the selling or transferring of Dejen tokens or limiteds. Any evidence of the attempt to engage in real-world trading of Dejen tokens or limiteds, will result in the termination or cancellation of your Account.

6.4. You acknowledge that Dejen tokens are not property in which you have ownership rights, titles, or other interests. Any Dejen tokens in your Account do not constitute a real currency balance or reflect any monetary value.

6.6. If you are suspected of engaging in RWT, we reserve the right to cancel any account immediately. However, we may offer a brief period by muting. Any additional violation or suspected violation will result in a permanent ban.

7. Peer to Peer transfer

7.1. You must not engage in any peer-to-peer transfer of Dejen tokens.

7.2. Any attempt to engage in peer-to-peer transfer of Dejen tokens may also result in the termination or cancellation of your Account.

8. Refunds

8.1. Dejen does not offer refunds on successful token purchases. However, if you have lost Dejen tokens to an error you believe to be Dejen's fault, you should open a support ticket.

8.2. If you have purchased Dejen tokens, or swapped limiteds by accident or mistake, you should open a support ticket so that we can consider potential refunds of unspent tokens.

9. Account Closure

9.1. You may close your Account at any time. To close your Account, you can contact us at support@Dejen.com with the request.

9.2. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our Service and use of any Accounts without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

9.3. Upon closing your Account, the User must either surrender all tokens and limiteds or submit to the Enhanced Due Diligence regime referenced in our AML policy. Dejen reserves the right to cancel any account and retain all tokens and limiteds upon any account closing.

10. Personal Information

10.1. We will comply with applicable data protection laws in respect of the personal information you supply to us. Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on this website.

11. Fraudulent activity

11.1 Once Dejen notices a fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity (including using the VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, or making an account on behalf of a third party) on the Website, we are eligible to block user's Account without prior notification. In such cases, Dejen reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to existing regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

13. Duties

15. Agreement & Admissibility

15.1. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and any document expressly referred to in them and any guidelines or rules posted on the Website constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Dejen with respect to this Website and save in the case of fraud it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Dejen with respect to this Website.

15.2. A printed version of these Terms and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relate to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

15.4. In case of inconsistency of textual content between language versions, the English version of the Website shall prevail.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration to be held in Belize, in accordance with the law in this jurisdiction of Belize, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators will not be binding on either party but may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof.

15.6. The parties may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not as a class member in any class action or other representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one party's claims. The arbitrator may not award relief only to an individual party.

17. Promotions: Terms & Conditions

17.1. Every individual promotion will come with its own set of specific promotional terms and conditions (the "Promotional Terms") in addition to these Terms. You should therefore read these Terms in combination with the applicable Promotional Terms for any competition, bonus or promotion you wish to enter.

17.2. By participating in promotions you agree to be bound by these Terms and Promotional Terms.

17.8. Dejen has the right to inform users about current promotions or any updates by email, SMS, chat, Whatsapp, social media, mobile phone, Internet browser notification or mobile application.

17.9. Dejen disclaims any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the Website, user's equipment used in a promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the submission of entries.

17.10. Dejen may give you tokens for referring a friend. These rewards may be used only for gameplay within the website.

17.11. Rewards do not entitle you to a vested right or interest and have no cash value. Rewards are not redeemable for any form of currency or anything of value.

17.12. Sweeps Cash through Mail-in Post Cards. The user must obtain a postal request code and send this on a handwritten 4 x 6 inch card, unfolded, blank, and unlined. This must be placed in a #10 envelope and be addressed in handwriting to the P.O. This outer envelope must contain the return address of the sender and the words "Sweeps Cash Credits" under the return address. The User must also: handwrite all of the following, in the exact same order, on only one side of the Request Card inserted inside the envelope: in the top-left corner, one (and only one) unique one-time Postal Request Code; under the Postal Request Code, in the following order: their full name as shown on their government issued identification; the email address registered to their user account and the username; the return/residential address registered to their user account; and the following statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Cash to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Dejen. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by Dejen's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules." Combined requests sent via package or parcel do not meet the requirements set out above and are invalid. There is a limit of one Request Card per outer envelope. For each Request Card a Participant submits in accordance with the above requirements, the Participant will receive 3 Sweeps Cash. The request may only be made by the participant. The request must be postmarked from the same state as the verified residential address. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device or software to automate the Sweeps Cash request/entry process or to unfairly assist the Participant with meeting the handwriting requirement, is prohibited and any requests/entries deemed by Sponsor/Promoter, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. 18. Indemnity and Disclaimer of Warranty.

18.1. Indemnity

You agree to release, indemnify and hold Dejen and its affiliates and their officers, employees, directors and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind, injury up to an including death, arising out of or relating to your use of the website, any user content, your violation of these terms. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor." YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Dejen WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Dejen HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, RESULTING FROM ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE WEBSITE. IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID COMPANY IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

If any provision these terms ("Agreement") is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such provision had not been contained herein, provided that such provision shall be limited or eliminated only to the extent necessary to remove the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability.
